L’IMPERVIO Red wine

Intense, purple red in colour with deep violet hews.
Persistent to the olfaction, with decisive notes of sour black and marasca cherries and evident tannins. Yet very mellow, well balanced and structured.

Perfect pairing: With succulent boiled meats, mixed grills and barbecues, with roasts and red meat stews, with delicate game dishes.

PRELUDIO Red wine

Refined in oak barriques, has an intense, rich cherry colour. An ethereal aroma, with notes of blackberries and raspberries, of liquorice and vanilla. Leaves a soft flavour in the mouth, full and velvety. Tannins are well balanced.

Perfect pairing: With elaborate meat: roasts or stewed or boiled and with spicy white meats.
