Overture sur lies è un vino divertente e gioioso, 100% Pinot Nero, rifermentato in bottiglia sui suoi lieviti. Fresco, di buon corpo e di ottima maturità, un’esplosione di profumi, consistenze e sapori, come mordere un acino d’uva con le bollicine.

Intense, purple red in colour with deep violet hews.
Persistent to the olfaction, with decisive notes of sour black and marasca cherries and evident tannins. Yet very mellow, well balanced and structured.

Perfect pairing: With succulent boiled meats, mixed grills and barbecues, with roasts and red meat stews, with delicate game dishes.

Refined in oak barriques, has an intense, rich cherry colour. An ethereal aroma, with notes of blackberries and raspberries, of liquorice and vanilla. Leaves a soft flavour in the mouth, full and velvety. Tannins are well balanced.

Our wines

Our vineyards have naturally low yields, because of the average age of the vines  and the poor soil. In the cellar we then work the grapes with traditional and natural vinification methods,  through protracted macerations on the skins. When making white wines we use minimum sulphur dioxide
so to avoid filtration. The results of this care and research are expressed in the intense, sincere nature and  genuine expressiveness of our wines.

OUVERTURE Rosé

A beautiful pink hue and a fine perlage, for this new, bubbly, sparkling Rosé with its fragrant scent of berries and floral flavors; a soft, fresh and clean taste, sapid and light, delicately fruity.

Perfect Pairing: Ideal with light appetizers and first courses, fish, white meat, cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
